BigTruckCooling.com warrants its heavy duty parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which the radiator was originally installed. This warranty does not include labor or materials not furnished by BigTruckCooling.com.
The warranty is void if the product is subjected to misuse, negligence, or operating conditions other than those for which such equipment was designed, or has been repaired or altered in any way. This warranty does not cover the physical or chemical effects of any corrosive substance in the operating environment or the equipment.
The limited two year warranty is restricted to condensers, charge air coolers, and radiators.
All returns and warranty claims must be returned to BigTruckCooling.com or authorized agent. If BigTruckCooling.com has made a mistake on your order, your item will be replaced at no additional transportation charges to you
